With over 16 years of hands-on experience in customer service and client relationship management, Craig brings a wealth of expertise to ProFound Talent. Having spent eight of those years dedicated to strategic and operational planning at leadership levels, Craig has proven his expertise. He has successfully guided professionals through complex credentialing processes, exemplifying a track record of building robust relationships and dispensing effective consult across a diverse array of industries and professions.

As a lifelong learner, Craig’s commitment to tackling new challenges fuels his continuous pursuit of knowledge and personal growth. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Management and Organization, both earned from the University of Alberta.

Beyond the professional arena, Craig actively contributes to the hockey community, serving as a referee for junior and senior hockey and providing instruction at annual referee clinics. He extends his dedication to community service by serving on the Edmonton and North Regional Board for McMan Youth, Family and Community Services.

In his personal life, Craig is a devoted husband and father who values quality time with his family.
