Michelle’s approach is rooted in accountability and delivering quality results, consistently exceeding expectations for clients, candidates, and colleagues. Her broad expertise spans industries such as sport & recreation, small business, post-secondary, animal welfare, consulting, and workforce development. A graduate of the University of Manitoba and a lifelong learner, Michelle has pursued further education in Project Management, LEAN, and Change Management.

Outside of work, she enjoys keeping up with her two active children and husband, volunteering with her community league, and diving into her latest crafting project. Fun fact: Michelle has lived in six Canadian provinces!
